Pastor Daniel White surrendered to God’s calling into the pastorate while at a teen Bible camp. He later attended Bible college, where he met his wife, Shelly. Having served together in pastoral ministry for over 40 years, they are blessed to have most of their 10 children serving alongside them in the ministry.
Pastor White believes in a missions-minded church and looks forward to yearly mission trips to the Philippines and other Asian countries. One of Pastor’s greatest desires is for the members of Fellowship Baptist Church to live out a victorious, surrendered, Spirit-filled Christian life.

Ben White
Associate Pastor
(Ben & Rachel White)
Pastor Ben has been serving at FBC since 2008 in various roles. He met his wife, Rachel, at church, and they were married in 2012. Pastor Ben served as our student pastor for around 15 years and is also involved with community outreach, follow-up, discipleship, administration, and a various other roles.
Pastor Ben loves using his gifts not only for FBC, but also for global missions. He has a heart to see the world reached with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Pastor Ben is also a talented photographer and videographer. His work has been used by countless ministries around the world.

Phil Pierce
Christian School Administrator
Phil Pierce and his wife, Terry, both are education graduates of Pensacola Christian College where they met. He has served the past 30 years in Christian education and other church ministries. He and his wife Terry have three children and 5 grandchildren. Phil currently serves as the school administrator and high school teacher for our school, Fellowship Baptist Academy, alongside his wife and daughter who serve as the kindergarten and elementary teachers.
